For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the art of communicating clearly. Before deciding to work freelance, I was employed by the Calgary Fire Department, SAIT Polytechnic, and SMART Technologies. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of genres and formats, from online courses and user guides to brochures, reports, blogs, scripts, and novels.
